The purpose of the EAM-RC is enabling the integration of training and scientific research efforts to serve the need of institutions/corporations in the Libyan State and African region to avoid premature deterioration, risks or disasters and maintain the appropriate condition of assets such as dams, bridges, power stations, gas or oil or water pipelines, rods, airports, factories, hospitals, railway, trainsor other major infrastructure or any critical equipment in the service or production industry and thus contributing to the sustainable development in the Libyan State and African region.
